It's obviously not fair, but it doesn't break the game that much either. This way, you can forget about resting or waiting for unreasonable amounts of time before undertaking a certain action. Your units have a stamina bar that can hold you back sometimes, which is why this trainer can be used to freeze that bar in place. Thus, there are many limiting factors in there as well.
This is a neat touch, but the game as a whole is not quite as complex as you might believe at first. The economy in the game is player-driven, which means that you can alter prices and supply/demand through your actions. There's even a multiplayer mode for up to eight players, which should be quite fun. Thus, one of the key missions is to keep everyone alive and healthy while your base is slowly growing. You are free to customize your colony as you see fit by adding new structures and modules, but the people living here are important too. There are multiple game modes to choose from, depending on whether you want to follow the campaign or just play around in the sandbox mode. The main appeal of the game is the fact that you are free to do what you wish most of the time, however. Naturally, by the end of the game you get to found a huge colony on the red planet, which means that even limited resources can be used to create human settlements. Mars Colony: Frontier is a simulation game that allows you to see what it would be like to survive on Mars, with only a handful of resources at your disposal.
